Meet two gardeners who are not only full of practical advice but combine their garden knowledge with a deeply personal take on how looking after a patch of land can not only grow us as individuals, but can also help to grow a better world.

Adam Frost explores the themes of his book For the Love of Plants – a very personal wander through his own garden and a reflection on the plants that have shaped his life.

And in A Wilder Way: How Gardens Grow Us, Poppy Okotcha writes about her relationship with her wild little garden in Devon, working with the seasons and nature, and how the small joys of engaging with the natural world are imperative for our physical and emotional wellbeing.

Adam and Poppy are in conversation with Sally Flatman host of the podcast Our Plant Stories.
